When you submit the project-inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, business name, an optional website URL, what you're looking for, an optional budget range, and any notes you add.

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are visited. It is aggregate and cookieless — it does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.

Our host and email provider automatically process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and send email, as any web service does.

To reply to your inquiry, prepare for a call, and provide the services you ask about.

To keep the site secure and working, and to understand in aggregate what's useful.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us operate the site.

Email delivery: Resend, which transmits your inquiry to our inbox.

Hosting & analytics: Vercel, which serves the site and provides cookieless analytics.

These providers process data only to perform their service, under their own security and privacy terms.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to work with you or answer follow-up questions, and remove them when they're no longer needed.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time — just email us.

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@beacondigitalhq.com.

Because we don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, there's nothing to opt out of on that front.
